Dear developers,
we are running Stereopy on our data.
By running st.io.read_gef_info(data_path) on the sample.label.gef generated performing lasso to extract a region form the original file.tissue.gef we get an offsetY:1.
I suppose that the ideal offset should be 0. Then, Is a value of 1 tolerable? what would be the steps to perform to correct the offset?
