The app status 'ok/deployed' colour on the app wall hasn't changed from green to blue like the app status on the app summary page has. We also show blue for the endpoint ok/connected status colour. Think both the blue or green look ok, just need to be consistent.

Different theme for Open Source.
Also makes this the default theme/brand in place of suse-branding.
SUSE logo still used - if accepted as a CF-extension hopefully we can get permission to use the Cloud Foundry logo.
