Problems with viewing and editing endpoint settings/information

Users can't edit anything about an endpoint (cloudfoundry#3640 was closed, though doesn't appear to be fixed yet in the latest RC). While it would also be nice to be able to edit the endpoint information (especially the 'skip ssl validation` setting for the endpoint, which admins may want to change later on) , being able to at least view the information is important for distinguishing the various endpoints from one another

• on lower resolution displays, or with long URLs, the full URL is truncated without any way to expand it
• There's no way for users to determine whether and endpoint was registered with the Skip SSL Validation setting selected

Editing endpoints is a frequently reported issue. Normally the github issues all link together but was lost in cloudfoundry-incubator#3640. See cloudfoundry#3796 for latest
