Kubernetes dashboard integration is undocumented

With the latest 2.5.1 RC, connected Kubernetes and CaaSP endpoint will provide access to the kubernetes dashboard when the kubernetes-dashboard is installed, which is really convenient as it saves users a step when they want to access the kube dashboard. However, I wasn't able to find mention of this in any of the Stratos docs.
