README Single Cell Clustering Benchmarking Project

goldstandard: Includes all code for the benchmarking analysis of gold standard dataset:
GSE111108
programmes: Contains folder algorithms (R 3.4.3) and algorithm_new (R 3.5.0) with code for all clustering tools used
silverstandard: Includes all code for the benchmarking analysis of silver standard 
datasets: GSE115189, 10xGenomics datasets, TENxPBMCData 
(https://support.10xgenomics.com/single-cell-gene-expression/datasets)
parameters: Includes all parameters and R versions
metaanlysis: code and data for meta analysis
