BlueWallet/LndHub#317 currently seems to be blocker for LndHub, but we can add this for CLN.

@bumi We currently use blue_wallet_client, which could work with lndhub.go likely. But idea is for this to work with custodial Blue Wallet, so that merchants could integrate LN payments without hosting their own node. For non-custodial use there is raw CLN and LND support.

I would love ln address support for CLN. Tried getting this to work today (via the config) without knowing it if would work and got a exception on /lnaddr [GET].
