BIP78 - A Simple Payjoin Proposal

Two benefits - increases privacy and reduces UTXO set.

JoinMarket has implemented BIP78 payjoin receiver in Python, probably some code could be reused from there.

Support is still limited, but sending part is already supported by BTCPay Server, JoinMarket, Wasabi, BlueWallet, Sparrow Wallet and planned for Electrum (see PayJoin adoption).
