Used Bootstrap to create Navbar, added links, ids to navigate and optimized for mobile view.

Added Hover Effect to Brand
Curved Boxes on navbar links on hover
Layout Breakpoints on 4 columns
Working buttons(links) on those 4 columns by adding href to created IDs
Slight padding/margin changes

Navbar Button on smaller screens needs fix
