usa_southeast_transects_.zip

Zipped folder contains transects in geojson format for the Virginia and Delaware coasts. Data should be placed inside src/coastseg/transects

I've added these new transects in version 0.0.35 as well as updated the notebook create_bbox_transects.ipynb. The notebook create_bbox_transects.ipynb converts the transect geojson file to CRS 4326, moves it to the transects directory, and then updates the transect bounding box csv file to include the latest transect. Later, I'll add a wiki guide to explain how to contribute transects.
