Some events coming from specific devices (such as development devices) could may be filtered out from the results, so add an option to perform this.
These events may be included by the android emulator into the location history, so ignore them.
Some events may have a device tag but not the platform information so we may want to compute those device IDs automatically.

I had various timeline events caused by debug devices or by the usage of the android SDK, so adding a way to filter those events out, both manually and automatically.
