Review usage of protocol BIRNLEX:11010 vs assay BIRNLEX:11025 in NIFINV. It is not clear that imaging should be a subclass of assay. We should be able to avoid all these various facets of measurement processes in the new ontology.

For example manifests as apparent duplicate between BIRNLEX:2250 and NLXINV:090914.

Note that there is a nasty problem with the BIRNLEX:11010 subtree -- experimental paradigm has been added as a subclass, which is clearly incorrect. The whole BIRNLEX:11007 branch for information entity needs to be reworked.

BIRNLEX:11021 ! planned process branch also needs review, as does everything under BFO:0000015 ! process.

For behavioral methods we might also want to investigate the inclusion of https://github.com/obo-behavior/behavior-ontology/ aka http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/nbo.owl.
