This is interesting...
The $(date +%U) returns week number of year, with Sunday as first day of week (00..53)... as it happens, at this point of writing, this is 08. However this is being interpreted by bash as an octal number, which of course is out of range 馃槺 ... so this is a fix. Oh my.

Sadly bc is not available in the cirrus-ci container, so doing the neater $(echo $(date +%U) / ${CACHE_PERIOD} | bc) isn't possible 馃槩
