Design rule: When things needs names

Whenever an action involves something gets a name the following should happen:

  1. Autogenerate name, e.g. name of user for author, selection for anchor name, selection for hyperlink text, untitled document 2 for documents etc.
  2. Highlight the autogenerated name, making it instantly editable.
  3. Enter confirms.
