I thought of a new name for this project: otter-lite

It keeps the aquatic theme of SeaQL and the "lite" is from SQLite. Also, otters are cute.

Okay let me share my original thought. It's like web assembly, wasm.

I want a name that hints that it's a SQL thing, sadly not SQL lite, but may be SQL Petit (okay it's a bad name). or SeaQL Tiny. but then we can rename it later on before publishing, as well got a concrete implementation that shows its character.
