Materials

All you need to run some examples is :

• A dataset of MR Bruker images where to test the code (thanks to Mikaël Naveau).
• A python release with bruker2nifti installed (see how to install).
• A <destination_folder> where you want to store the converted data.

Bruker2nifti can convert a dataset can be converted in several ways:

• Python command shell.
• Command Line Utility (CLI).
• Graphical User Interface (GUI).
