Make target_sources in CMake private #851

As the title says, this merely makes some target_sources to not forward their source files to higher targets. This way, we are able to reduce the number of compiled files by about 1/3—so far; some source files were twice compiled for SeisSol-lib and SeisSol-bin (and also seissol-proxy etc.).
