As the title says, this merely makes some
target_sourcesto not forward their source files to higher targets. This way, we are able to reduce the number of compiled files by about 1/3—so far; some source files were twice compiled forSeisSol-libandSeisSol-bin(and alsoseissol-proxyetc.).
