Differences between this version and previous (4.0.0):

  • Provides basic read/write capabilities for OMEX archives

    • Model code and semantic annotations are stored in a separate files within the archive in accordance with COMBINE community recommendations (https://doi.org/10.1101/246470)
    • Currently SemGen only reads/writes one model per archive

  • Several bug fixes and enhancements
