Hmmm :|

I don't see them duplicated in the application support dir (although something weird happened with the format SQL bundle)
I think @jamesstout already figured this out and mentioned on the PR thread

Additionally, if you delete a default bundle and then go to the undelete default bundles window it doesn't show up in the list as an option to undelete - you have to quit and reopen the app for deleted default bundles to show in that list

Parking my exploration for now. They appear duplicated in both the menu bar and context menus, however they do not appear duplicated in the bundle editor, nor in the actual support directory.

Making a separate issue for the deleted default bundles thing (#121)
