Label bug when opening new connection tab

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open at least two connection tabs in the same window
2. Click on the left tab, then click on the + button on the right to add another connection tab

This causes the labels at the top of the new tab and the top of the right tab to be the wrong way round. You get a similar issue whenever you add a new tab in the middle of existing tabs rather than at the end. The bug appears to have been introduced in 4.0.6.
