          Also use 'over color' when default background is used (ShadowTheAge#30)

When hovering over an item that has other items, it highlights them as well. Except, when the other item has the 'default' background (black), thenit is not highlighted.

This PR fixes that, so the item is highlighted when the background is black too.

Before (broken), when hovering over the electricity icon at the bottom
