Add --core-file / --core-dump by default for --test_mode configs #170

There is no such option listed in DOC:
https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-xtrabackup/LATEST/xtrabackup_bin/xbk_option_reference.html

But I know that there is such option.

$ ./xtrabackup --help | grep core
./xtrabackup version 2.4.7 based on MySQL server 5.7.13 Linux (x86_64) (revision id: )
  --core-file         Write core on fatal signals
