这是一个通用的富集分析功能（不仅限于signature分析）

包括连续和离散两种：

  • 比对 A group 和 Non-A group 值差异
  • 比对 A group 和 Non-A group 比例差异

结合 Maftools 的富集分析功能和目前还 open 的 issue 进行综合设计

比例差异只能支持二分类，其他的不好弄和整合结果，目前就不写了。
