Cleaned up checkout stylesheet

• Brought some theme settings into the checkout stylesheet, though still quite minimal.
• No longer hiding order overview on confirmation page
• Super over specificity on many selectors to override existing checkout styles
  • Do not use this as an indication of how to write proper CSS
