SDK cleanup, set up SDK in walletd

This PR cleans up the SDK and sets it up in the walletd app.

• Clean up SDK API, WebTransportClient parameters, tweaks
• Fix signTransaction and update to signTransactionV1
• Add basic SDK initialization to walletd
