No heart crystals / power crystal drop

What Should Be Added or Changed?

I need a config that lets me disable the feature that mobs drop heart / power crystals, they drop too commonly, + Im making a modpack and I want the player to only get more damage / health from completing a quest.

Why Should This Be Done?

It lets the player make this mod less op, Imo the crystals are very easy to get and have too much value
