About The Pull Request

This PR is going to put every single mapping PR into merge conflict hell, just a forewarning.

I am fully willing to help anyone who suffers as a result of this fix their maps.

Roughly Ports (most of these are partial/modified):

Renames existing stuff to be more consistent and also more in line with TG.

Adds a MapTileAggregator tool, designed to aggregate decal corners into the most efficient form possible, as well as updating legacy maps.

Why It's Good For The Game

Probably makes mapload slightly faster, but generally makes mapping easier by adding presets for most things, and making it more consistent.

refactor: All mapping tile decals have been aggregated into single effects instead of using individual corners.
add: Added additional trimlines and tile decals for use in mapping.
fix: Fixed CorgStation CMO office using the wrong flooring type.
