Proposes two new Officers:

  • Educational Officer: In charge of coordinating educational programs, including classes, demo nights, and working with outside organizations for educational opportunites
  • Cultural Officer: In charge of promoting a Maker spirit both internally and externally.

Reason for two new offices:
Good to keep the board at an odd number, so that the Chairman of the board can vote to resolve ties. Both are in line with our Mission, and necessary to spread the workload out as our organization grows.
