It seems that our current instructions re Gatekeeper are not quite enough, especially if the binary is copied on disk before being added to the spctl list. Using Finder is a more surefire, less pleasant, workaround.

This underlines the importance of doing #43.

Documentation update to make clear a different way of setting up the executable. Notes that we plan to fix this with brew in the future.
