Slicer crashes unexpectedly on BoneReconstructionPlanner

During the workflow, some times (around 70% of the times for me) when you press any of these buttons:

• "Create cylinders from fiducial list and fibula surgical guide base"
• "Create cylinders from fiducial list and mandible surgical guide base"

And less frequently (20% of the times for me) when you press any of these buttons:

• "Create miter boxes from fibula planes"
• "Create saw boxes from first and last mandible planes"

Slicer will unavoidably crash and close without warning.

This buggy behavior is difficult to fix because right now we have no way of reliably reproducing it.

If you as a user find a series of steps to make it happen 100% of times we can solve it surely: Please comment here how to do it (or paste the link to a saved state that lets you crash Slicer easily)
