Updating weather app to use SDL version 5.0. Removed old code that is unnecessary as it is now handled by the managers themselves. A lot of code was deprecated was removed in 5.0 so I updated what was necessary to continue to use the library. Also updated app to androidX. I fixed SoftButtons to transition states instead of sending new buttons every time when displaying daily and hourly forecast.
