ConVar	Description
sm_custom_command_effects	Custom commands of the plugin
sm_effects_sound	Sound effect for spawn/death effect 1 = enabled 0 = disabled
sm_effects_sound_path	Sound effect path
sm_effects_bodycleaner	Removing death body 1 = remove deathbody 0 = disabled
sm_effects_type	When the effects will be used ? 2 = Spawn & Death effect 1 = Only death effect 0 = Only spawn effect
sm_effects_typeof_vip	Who can use it ?
