Enables emulation of virtual gamepads using Nefarius' Bus Driver from his ViGEm suite.
Currently only Xbox360 and DualShock4 are supported, but theoretically it can emulate anything.

Command-line usage
Install ViGEm using the installer.
Unlike say, vJoy, where the virtual device(s) are always present and UCR just grabs control of them, with ViGEm, the device(s) are created as required. ViGEm "Plugs in" a new device when you activate a profile with ViGEm as an output.
Emulation of Xb360 and DS4 controller(s).
WARNING Multiple controllers are currently not properly supported in ViGEm - strange things may happen if you try to emulate multiple xbox controllers.
