Installation and Setup

UCR is a portable application and does not come with an installer. Simply download the latest release from the Releases Page and unzip it to a folder of your choice. UCR is run with UCR.exe which also accepts command line parameters for more advanced control. Your settings are contained in context.xml once you have saved your first profile. You can back up this file if desired.

UCR provides for support for many different devices, input and output, through "Providers". You should install the additional software for your required providers before making your first profile. Please see the Providers section for information on setting up each provider.

You are ready to create your first profile when all your providers are installed. Go to the Getting started if you need help getting started, otherwise start making your profiles.
