When having JS files somewhere deeper in project structure (probably the case for multi-language projects) coverage tools will produce report where paths a relative to the root of JS files. Currently it's not possible to import report like this as we are supporting only absolute path and relative to the project root.
One option would be to iterate over files and find those ending with the path from report.
