arcad-hts - High-throughput sequencing for ARCAD project

This directory contains arcad-hts, a package gathering scripts for the 
analysis of high-throughput sequencing data from the ARCAD project
(http://www.arcad-project.org/).

This package (copyright INRA-CIRAD) is free software, you can redistribute it 
and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPLv3+).

The GNU General Public License does not permit this software to be
redistributed in proprietary programs.

Installation
============

For the impatients:
	make
	make check
	make install
	
By default everything is installed in a directory bin/ in ${HOME}. 
If the bin/ directory does not exist, it will be created.
To install elsewhere, use the option INSTALL, for instance: 
	make install INSTALL="/usr/local/"
