Deleting Group Types that are child group type of another group

Nothing big--probably more of an enhancement than a bug/issue, but when I try to delete a group type I get an error because the group type is a child of another group type under Group Type Association. I know I can go in and remove this association then delete the GroupType but would be more efficient if the delete button could automatically remove this group type association while it is also deleting the group type record.
