Description
When giving to a church in a different time zone, the date picker can show some odd behavior... If it's the next day/previous day at the church location, the date picker reflects the date of the server, but highlights the current date as defined by the client.

Expected behavior:
It's not entirely clear what a good solution is. #2542 will remove the problem of still being able to select today, but it still leaves confusion with the "wrong date" being selected.
There might be some churches using it, but I'd propose hiding the "When/First Gift" input entirely for one time gifts.
