Report Schedule Field Shows Raw HTML Rather Than Renders It

Description

Notice the last row in the report that shows the raw html rather than renders it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add custom schedules to a group with multiple days selected.
2. Create a data view that includes that group
3. Create a report from the dataview that shows the schedule field.
4. See that the raw HTML is shown rather than the rendered list.

Expected behavior:

I would expect the HTML to render rather than show.

Actual behavior:

The raw HTML is shown rather than rendered

• Rock Version: Rock McKinley 12.6 (1.12.6.1)
• Client Culture Setting: en-US

@rutledgek, I was able to reproduce this issue consistently when using a Recurring Occurrence Pattern of "Specific Dates" within the Schedule Builder. However, I wasn't able to see it using other variations of Occurrence Patterns, Group Schedule types, etc.

Did you see any other configurations/areas impacted beyond these?

@cwomack I did not test it for all the various patterns. What I found in lava tester is that for this type of patter, the field contains the ul HTML while the other schedule patterns just return the text.
