Person Attributes of Type Address are not available for selection in Reports

Description

We have a need to track and report on confidential person attributes the store addresses for some missionaries. As of now we can add person attribute addresses but not include them in reports.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a new person attribute of type address with the default settings
   
2. Navigate to an existing report
3. Click add field and note the newly created attribute is not available for selection in the Field type dropdown
   

Expected behavior:

Person attributes of type address are available to report upon.

Actual behavior:

Person attributes of type address do not show up in the Field type dropdown.
