"Copy Workflow" does not copy Person Entry Person Attribute

Copying a Workflow with a Form Action does not copy the PersonEntryPersonAttribute property. It does copy the Attribute that it references, it just leaves that dropdown blank when its done.

Original Workflow

Person Attribute is populated in the original dropdown.

Workflow Copy

Person Entry is not populated in the copy.

Person Attribute is copied

Expected Behavior

The "Copy Workflow" button would copy all input fields for the actions, including on Workflow Action Forms. The dropdown would reference the newly-created Attribute.

Actual Behavior

The Person Attribute is copied over, as well as other properties in the Workflow Action Form. However, the Person Attribute Guid is not populated.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to the demo site.
• Create a Workflow with a Form Action and a Person Attribute.
• Save Workflow.
• Copy Workflow.
• See error.
