Obsidian Registration Entry Progress Bar Cannot Be Hidden

On the Obsidian Registration Entry block, the progress bar will always display even when Display Progress Bar is set to "No".

See it is set to "No".

See progress bar still displays.

Expected Behavior

Progress bar should hide when Display Progress Bar is set to "No".

Actual Behavior

Progress bar does not hide when Display Progress Bar is set to "No".

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to /Registration?RegistrationInstanceId=2 (change RegistrationInstanceId to one that is active).
• Ensure the Obsidian Registration Entry block is on the page.
• Edit the block settings and set Display Progress Bar to "No".
• See progress bar still displays.
