When enabling a custom confirmation email using the form builder as shown below, it does not send upon completion of the form:

Custom confirmation email specified would send.

Actual Behavior

No email is sent

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to form builder.
2. Add a custom confirmation email
3. Fill out form
4. No email is sent
