Obsidian Registration Block not defaulting to Organization Country

Description

When using the Obsidian Registration block and a person field attribute of 'Address' the block defaults to the United States when our organization's country is Canada. (on DEV site running v15.1)

Actual Behavior

Block defaults to the United States

When organization address is Canada

Expected Behavior

Expected Behavior - expected behaviour is that the Address block always defaults to the same country as the organization.

Steps to Reproduce

• change organization country - Global Attributes
• Allow International Addresses - Global Attributes
• Add person field of Address to a registration form
• Add Obsidian Registration Entry block to web page
• open registration form

Even when trying to change the country Canada, the State does not change to Province and the Zip does not change to Postal Code.
