Obsidian Account Entry Block does not change for Campus and Gender settings

Description

On 15.1 using passwordless login, the settings for Gender and Campus do not change on the Account Entry block. Gender is always shown even if block setting set to "No" and Campus never shown even if block setting changed to "Yes."

Actual Behavior

The Gender and Campus block settings on the Obsidian Account Entry page do not change what is shown. Gender is always shown and campus is never shown regardless of the setting.

Expected Behavior

I would expect the block settings to change the block's behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a page with the Account Entry (Obsidian) block on it.
• Change the block settings to show Campus and not show gender.
• Go to the page.
• Gender is still shown and Campus is not shown.

Issue Confirmation

• Perform a search on the Github Issues to see if your bug or enhancement is already reported.
• Try to reproduce the problem on a fresh install or on the demo site.
