Steps to recreate the problem.

In a new matrix I created a dynamic row for a genus (have about 20 OTUs associated with the matrix)
Go to edit nomenclature and create one species in the same genus (with OTU)
go back to matrix and now I can see only one OTU (new one) in the list of rows.
if I delete an dynamic row for the genus, and create it again, now I can see all rows (including the new one

I restore the dynamic row, go to edit TaxonName and change the parent to another genus. I go back to matrix, all rows get deleted.
