rake tw:db:load file=dump.sql now working on docker-compose env #1914

@mjy some loading order issue? Although weird given flatten! is probably Ruby core? Perhaps rbenv not equivalent to rvm. Will try to get this fixed ASAP.

Note to self: Do not use ! methods when chaining... (Unless explicitly mentioned they don't return nil when nothing is changed)
