Georeference edit/delete button does not show up immediately on creation #2422

Describe the bug

In New CE, when I create a georeference inside of the editor, it does not show up to be edited until I reload the page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

When I go to a CE without a georeference
Then I add a georeference
And I see it show up on map
But I cannot edit it until I refresh page.

Note lack of edit-bar:

Expected behavior
Should be able to edit immediately.
