Feature or enhancement

The map feature to select a geographic has multiple, visually obstructive, popups during the selection process. This can inhibit the accuracy of the selection. Fix: Have smaller, more delicate anchor points and thinner line stroke. Perhaps selection instructions could popup alongside the panel or as mouse rollover popup on an asterisk.
