[Bug]: Not getting the correct value for GeoreferenceBy field

Steps to reproduce the bug

1.When I enter the person who created a Georeference, I go to the Georeference Annotator, 
choose the Data Attributes section and choose the georeferencedBy predicate and create 
a Value with the name of the person who did it.
2.But when I check this field, on the DwC representation on the Browse Collection Object 
task (Screenshot 1), it shows the name of the user that created the record of this 
collection object. And no the one of the person who created the georeference.
