馃悰 Describe the bug

when running Migrate with buildSrc, the gradle/libs.versions.toml gets generated under the buildSrc folder instead of the root folder. resulting in the resulting dependencies such as libs.resources not resolvable.

Hello @hereisderek , does the issue still occur on version 0.60.0? I believe I fixed it, but I want to be sure.
